SDHS contract city limits. Refer to jurisdiction chart for details or area served: https://www.sdhumane.org/jurisdiction-chart/. Driver's license;Military ID;State ID. 1. Provide proof of alteration (i.e. spay/neuter); otherwise owner will be charged at the unaltered rate. 2. Rabies vaccination must be effective through the entire licensing period.
